Dashboard
The CRM Dashboard serves as the primary command center for monitoring business performance in real time. Upon login, users are presented with a consolidated view of key metrics, activity summaries, and analytical insights that drive informed decision-making across sales, customer management, and team operations.
Prerequisites
- A valid user account with an active session (see Registration)
- Completed onboarding configuration (see Onboarding)
- Appropriate role permissions to access dashboard data
Key Metrics Cards
The upper section of the dashboard displays summary metric cards that provide an at-a-glance view of current business status.

Metric card values update automatically based on the selected date range filter. Ensure the correct time period is applied before interpreting displayed figures.
Dashboard Tabs
The dashboard is organized into six distinct tabs, each providing focused insights into a specific operational area.

| Analytics | Sales forecasting, goal progress tracking, and cohort analysis |
| Team | Performer leaderboards, team activity breakdown, and quota attainment per representative |
Overview Tab
The Overview tab is the default landing view and includes the following components:
- Key metric summary cards
- Revenue trend chart (line/bar visualization)
- Pipeline stage breakdown by deal count
- Recent activities feed (chronological)
Activities Tab
The Activities tab consolidates all scheduled work for the current day:
- Tasks and follow-ups due today
- Overdue activities (highlighted for immediate attention)
- Activity completion rate percentage
WARNING
Overdue activities are flagged with a visual indicator. Review and address these items promptly to maintain pipeline health.
Sales Tab
The Sales tab provides revenue-focused analytics:
- Revenue by month (chart visualization)
- Deals won versus deals lost comparison
- Pipeline velocity metrics
- Top-performing products and services
Customers Tab
The Customers tab presents client relationship health indicators:
- Customer health scores
- Retention rate tracking
- Customer lifetime value (CLV) trends
Analytics Tab
The Analytics tab offers forward-looking insights:
- Sales forecasting models
- Goal progress tracking against defined targets
- Cohort analysis for customer segments
Team Tab
The Team tab surfaces workforce performance data:
- Top performers leaderboard
- Team activity breakdown by representative
- Quota attainment per sales representative
Date Range Filters
All dashboard widgets respond to the global date range filter. To adjust the reporting period:
- Locate the date range selector in the dashboard toolbar.
- Select one of the following predefined intervals:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- This Year
- Confirm that all displayed widgets have refreshed to reflect the selected period.
TIP
Select a narrower date range when investigating recent trends or specific campaign performance windows.
Refresh and Export Controls
The dashboard toolbar provides manual data management controls.

Exporting Dashboard Data
- Configure the desired date range and active tab.
- Click the Export button in the toolbar.
- Select the output format (PDF or Excel).
- The file will be generated and downloaded to the local device.

Exported files reflect the data visible at the time of export. Apply the appropriate filters before generating reports.
Widget Configuration
Dashboard widgets can be configured to align with organizational reporting requirements. Widget management is performed through the system settings.
Configuring Widgets
- Navigate to Settings > CRM Configuration > Reports & Analytics.
- Review the list of available widget categories.
- Enable or disable specific widget categories as required.
- Select which metrics are displayed within each active widget.
- Save the configuration to apply changes to the dashboard.
TIP
Coordinate with your system administrator to establish a standardized dashboard configuration that aligns with company-wide KPIs.
Quick Actions
The dashboard provides direct-access shortcuts for common operations:
