Settings & Configuration ​

The Settings module provides centralized administrative control over your CRM environment. From organization-level preferences to communication integrations and data management, all configuration options are accessible via the sidebar Settings gear icon.


Organization Settings ​

Company Profile ​

Define your organization's identity and operational parameters within the CRM.

Modules & Features ​

Toggle modules on or off based on operational requirements. Only enabled modules appear in the sidebar navigation.

TIP

Disabling a module does not delete its data. Re-enabling the module restores full access to previously stored records.


Pipeline Configuration ​

Managing Pipelines ​

Pipelines represent structured sales or operational processes. Multiple pipelines can coexist to support distinct workflows (e.g., "New Business" and "Renewals").

  1. Navigate to Settings → Pipelines.
  2. Click + Create Pipeline or select an existing pipeline to edit.
  3. Define ordered stages within the pipeline.
  4. Assign a win probability percentage to each stage for forecasting purposes.
  5. Designate terminal stages as "Won" or "Lost."

Stage Settings ​

Each stage within a pipeline supports the following configuration options:

INFO

Win probability values are used in revenue forecasting reports. Ensure percentages reflect realistic conversion rates for accurate projections.


Communication Settings ​

WhatsApp Configuration ​

Integrate WhatsApp Business API for direct customer messaging within the CRM.

  1. Navigate to Settings → Communication → WhatsApp.
  2. Enter your Phone Number ID and Access Token from the Meta Business platform.
  3. Configure approved message templates for outbound communications.
  4. Define auto-reply rules and opt-in management policies.

WARNING

WhatsApp Business API credentials must be obtained directly from Meta. Ensure your business is verified before attempting integration.

Email Configuration (SMTP) ​

Configure outbound email delivery for system notifications, campaigns, and direct correspondence.

After configuration, use the Send Test Email function to verify delivery.

Calling (TeleCMI / PIOPIY) ​

Configure telephony integration for click-to-call and call logging.

Users & Team ​

Managing Users ​

Administer user accounts, access levels, and organizational assignments.

  1. Navigate to Settings → Users.
  2. Click + Add User to create a new account.
  3. Complete required fields: Name, Email, Phone, Job Title, and Department.
  4. Assign one or more roles to define permissions.
  5. Set the user's reporting manager to establish hierarchy-based data access.
  6. Optionally assign territory or branch designations.

INFO

Deactivated users retain their data and record ownership but cannot log in. Reactivation restores full access without data loss.

Roles & Permissions ​

Role configuration controls what each user can see and do within the platform.

Data Management ​

Import ​

Bulk import records from external sources into the CRM.

  1. Navigate to Settings → Data Management → Import.
  2. Select the target entity (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, or Deals).
  3. Upload a CSV file containing your data.
  4. Use the column mapping wizard to align file headers with CRM fields.
  5. Review duplicate detection results before confirming the import.

WARNING

Ensure CSV files use UTF-8 encoding. Date fields must follow the format specified in your organization settings.

Export ​

Export records from any list view for external analysis or backup purposes.

Lead Sources & Tags ​

Lead Sources ​

Define the channels through which leads enter your pipeline.

Lead sources can be assigned automatically through web form integrations.

Tags ​

Tags provide flexible, cross-entity categorization for filtering and segmentation.

  1. Navigate to Settings → Tags.
  2. Create tag categories relevant to your business (e.g., Priority, Region, Product Interest).
  3. Apply tags to records manually or via automation rules.
